Overview
The course of the Horticulture Commodity Science is a kind of complex applied science and also a combing interdisciplinary of technology and economy, theory and practice, which is not only to study the use-value of horticulture commodity, but also the realizing process and its regularity of the use-value. In this course, we aimed to enable the students to master the basis of modern commodity science theory and relevant knowledge and also enhance their capacity to solve the problems by using the relative theories.
