Experiments of Trial Design and Biostatistics

This course complements the basic theory given in the general course on Trial Design and Biostatistics. This course will cover the most commonly used statistical analysis software such as EXCEL, SPSS and SAS, and will introduce R programming. The basic goals of the course are: (a) to learn the statistical analysis techniques used for different types of data; (b) to reinforce the understanding of basic concept, assumption and principle of experimental design and statistical analysis; and (c) to develop the ability to independently resolve specific statistical questions in practical study.
