Experiment of microbiology and plant etiology

Experiment of Microbiology and Plant Etiology is a compulsory course for the second-year undergraduate students (sophomores) specialized in Plant Production of the College of Agriculture and Biotechnology. This course is designed for students to learn the fundamental experiment skills and to prepare for the subsequent courses such as Experiment of Plant Pathology and agricultural scientific research. The main contents of the experiment include the preparation of cultural media, isolation, purification and identification of plant pathogens, biological assay of plant viruses etc.
